Who we are

We were founded to solve a specific problem.

Most homeowners have to manage three or four separate businesses to get a single project completed. An architect for the drawings. A structural engineer for the calculations. A builder for the work. And then, often, an interior designer or landscaper as well.

We coordinate architecture, structural engineering and construction through one Mansouri-managed team and one point of contact — which means less stress, fewer delays, and a finished result that reflects the original brief rather than a series of compromises between professionals who have never met.

We work across three primary areas: home extensions, landscaping and outdoor structures, and internal remodelling and design. In every case, the same team manages design, planning and construction from start to finish.

Milad Mansouri

Founder & Engineer

Milad is the founder of Mansouri Design & Build and an experienced engineer, bringing technical knowledge, practical construction experience, and a design-led approach to every project. After gaining experience with leading design and engineering firms, he established Mansouri Design & Build to provide clients with thoughtful, highly personal design and build services from concept to completion. Milad combines architecture, design, and engineering expertise in a single coordinated brief — and remains closely involved in every project from first conversation to final handover.

Operations & Client Communications

Sophie manages operations and client communications at Mansouri Design & Build, ensuring every project runs smoothly and every client is kept fully informed. With a background in business operations, she brings structure and clarity to the process from first enquiry to final handover.

Foreman & Bricklayer

Evaldas is a highly skilled bricklayer and a key part of the Mansouri Design & Build team. With over 8 years of experience across residential and commercial projects, he specialises in new builds, masonry repairs, and restoration work. He is known for his precision, attention to detail, and pride in doing things properly — ensuring every brick and block is laid to the highest standard.

Callum recently joined the Mansouri Design & Build team and has already made a big impression. With a fantastic attitude, strong work ethic and eagerness to learn, he supports projects on site while developing his skills alongside our experienced team.
