Every single-storey extension we deliver includes architecture and planning coordination, structural engineering, building regulations management, full construction and project management — under one contract.
We typically work on rear and side extensions ranging from 15m² to 80m². Each is priced against an agreed design and a written specification, so the figure you receive relates to a drawing you have already seen and approved.
