Wrap around. Transform the ground floor.

Wraparound and side-return extensions combine a rear extension with a side infill — often adding 30–50% more floor area on the ground floor in a single build programme.

What we deliver.

Side-return extensions fill the narrow passage alongside a terraced or semi-detached house and combine it with a rear extension to create a dramatically wider ground floor. The result is usually a large, open-plan kitchen-dining-living space with generous glazing to the rear and side. We manage architecture, structural engineering, planning and full construction as one coordinated project.
